MEDAL AND FAN FOR BEST/QUICKEST ANSWER!! What is the measure of the angles? https://aoa.sooschools.com/media/g_pal_2015/6/img_angles_vertical2.gif 145° 35° 13° 180°

OpenStudy (badsheep):

145

OpenStudy (lataesiaaa):

lol 13

OpenStudy (badsheep):

he did not say the right answer lol im not the birightest

563blackghost (563blackghost):

You would set up an equation.... \(\Large\color{green}{3x-4=2x+9}\) in which you get the variable to one side... @Oliviagggg we can not give direct answers.....@lataesiaaa you are not suppose to give direct answers it is against the code of conduct...

563blackghost (563blackghost):

@lataesiaaa *

OpenStudy (lataesiaaa):

lol or what i get blocked again? ouch.

OpenStudy (lataesiaaa):

combine the two like terms

OpenStudy (badsheep):

ouch but he has a point im fast

563blackghost (563blackghost):

\(\Large\color{green}{3x-4=2x+9}\) We would first get -4 to the other side so we would add 4 to cancel out -4...what we do to one side we do to the other... \(\Large\color{purple}{3x=2x+13}\) we know would subtract \(\large{2}\) from \(\large{2x}\) to get the variable x on one side....so what woud the answer be?

563blackghost (563blackghost):

subtract 2x from 2x*

OpenStudy (oliviagggg):

i keep gettin 13

OpenStudy (oliviagggg):

2x-2x=0

OpenStudy (oliviagggg):

3x−4=2x+9=13

563blackghost (563blackghost):

that is correct ^^

OpenStudy (oliviagggg):

ik Thanks

563blackghost (563blackghost):

but you input 13 into the equations...

OpenStudy (oliviagggg):

13 was my answer

OpenStudy (oliviagggg):

3x−4=2x+9 answer is 13

563blackghost (563blackghost):

hmmmm but it wants the angle measure you just got what x equals but we now have to input 13 into the equations... \(\huge\color{Red}{3(13)-4=2(13)+9}\)
