You have to take into understanding that because an incident like this happened does not mean that OpenStudy should go down the toilet or that the site should lose all of its user's.
You're greatly mistaken in fact. Say that to Ms. Preetha Ram who take it upon herself to put all the work and dedication to make this site.
A moderator made a mistake and should be thoroughly messaged about the problem and everyone else who may have been involved should be as well.
A post should not be made betraying the site and everyone on it because something happened. Your job (if what happened to your is truly insulting to you) is to be responsible and try to help your friend out, not sell everyone else out and slander OpenStudy and Mr and Mrs. Ram.

There are moderators who are MY FRIENDS Alex and do not do any of what you just said. People try to be fair and logical about something, and if someone made a mistake or did something it shouldn't be your job to take a fit over it.

Provide proof of the purchase. Then, if possible, come on herself/himself and create a post in OS Feedback with an alt. If he/she doesnʻt know how to create an alt, Iʻd be glad to provide the steps for him/her to do so. While you are bringing a lot of attention to this (seemingly) weird and dire glitch, you shouldnʻt be the one making this post. The person who bought the owlbucks should be.

In the post in OS Feedback, he/she should note that proof of the purchase is in a bug report that he/she sent in. Such information should not be on a public post(here). Explain what happened, bringing light to the situation and advise fellow OpenStudiers to avoid purchasing OwlBucks till the issue is resolved.

Might you go check with a mod before making a post. Don't blame OpenStudy for his wrong doings.
1) He was not banned for making a post about OwlBucks infact if he did purchase owl bucks then it's automated. I just tested it out and I received the full 50 Owl Buck dunno what you are talking about.
2) Check your facts don't make the site look bad because you don't have the right info.
