So what would be the next step?
|dw:1455818169491:dw| Can you work out the answer now?
Do you know the rule -30-60-90 degree angles 30 degree will equal 1x 60 degree will equal x(sqrt3) 90 degree will equal 2x We know the side corresponding to 90 degrees is 6 So 2x=6 and x =3 The angle we are looking for is 30 so we already go the side length was 3 By using a calculator you can find that 6 times cos60 equals 3
Hmm I think i get what you rsaying
So would it be B?
Yes the answer is B, you can also find the answer by using law of sines, and setting (sin90/6)=(sin30/x) And then cross multiply for x and get 3
That makes sense, thank you so much. I really appreciate this
No problem :)
Is it alright if i tag you in future questions?
Of course :) you can tag me in anything that is from beginners math till Calculus and also in other topics like Biology, History and etc.
Awesome!!!
