Well we have to see how many people drink \(\large{7}\) or more glasses of water so that would mean \(\large{7,~8,~and~9}\)....now the frequency is the number of people...

We see that \(\Large{3}\) drink \(\large{7}\) glasses of water...

We also see that \(\Large{5}\) people drink \(\large{8}\) glasses of water...

And \(\Large{3}\) people drink \(\large{9}\) glasses of water....

So we would add those up.. \(\huge\color{red}{3+5+3=total}\)

We also see that 5 people drink 8 glasses of water...

And 3 people drink 9 glasses of water....

So we would add those up.. 3+5+3=total
