@blue18 this is literally the easiest thing. Just google every food and see how much protein it has, it is literally the first thing that pops up when you google it. Ex: type in 1 cup soy milk nutrition and it comes up with it. Add them all together, and that is your answer.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
can u help me do that plezzzzz i don't want to get the wrong answer
OpenStudy (anonymous):
i don't get it theres only one box
OpenStudy (anonymous):
plez help
OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):
can we do it together plea I'm confused . i don't want to get it wrong
OpenStudy (alphadxg):

16.9 grams for the first one, if you got the same answer continue on. It's really not that hard...
OpenStudy (anonymous):
it is hard so fro the first box 16.9 ? r u sure
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Breakfast
Calcium-fortified orange juice, 1 cup
Soy milk, 1 cup
Fortified bran flakes, 1 cup
Banana, medium
so these equal to 16.9 ????

For snack the person only ate 1 item. Google that Item and it will give you the nutrition facts on the side, look for "protein" and write down how many grams are in it.
What is so hard about this? I can help you, but you need to do your own work.
