@blue18 is there a chart to look at? I don't know what the recommend "my plate" recommendations are.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can u search plezzzz

Why don't you look lol? either way I couldn't find it. Just use logic honestly.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok help me with this

OpenStudy (anonymous):

plezzzzz

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@alphadxg

OpenStudy (alphadxg):

@blue18 this is literally the easiest thing. Just google every food and see how much protein it has, it is literally the first thing that pops up when you google it. Ex: type in 1 cup soy milk nutrition and it comes up with it. Add them all together, and that is your answer.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can u help me do that plezzzzz i don't want to get the wrong answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i don't get it theres only one box

OpenStudy (anonymous):

plez help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can we do it together

OpenStudy (alphadxg):

you add the total of that box, to get the total amount of protein.

OpenStudy (alphadxg):

orange juice + 1 cup soy milk + .... etc.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can we do it together plea I'm confused . i don't want to get it wrong

OpenStudy (alphadxg):

try the first one yourself, I'm busy helping other people as well. I'll tell you if you are right or not.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

plez help me how would u know? come on plezzzz

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hel me fast

OpenStudy (alphadxg):

you google it man........ google "1 cup soy milk nutrition" and it shows it on the right hand side.....

OpenStudy (alphadxg):

16.9 grams for the first one, if you got the same answer continue on. It's really not that hard...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it is hard so fro the first box 16.9 ? r u sure

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Breakfast Calcium-fortified orange juice, 1 cup Soy milk, 1 cup Fortified bran flakes, 1 cup Banana, medium so these equal to 16.9 ????

OpenStudy (alphadxg):

I told you to re-check it. That's what I found. Dude, you can't be lazy. Just look it up your not solving any other kinds of problems its google and then add them up...

OpenStudy (alphadxg):

yes, that's what I got.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

of the banana to?

OpenStudy (alphadxg):

Yes. That box = 16.9grams of protein.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

whats the second plea i keep getting different number

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what about SNACK??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

PLEZ

OpenStudy (alphadxg):

dude.... For snack the person only ate 1 item. Google that Item and it will give you the nutrition facts on the side, look for "protein" and write down how many grams are in it. What is so hard about this? I can help you, but you need to do your own work.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

IM CONFUSED HOW /

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is it 7 check>?

OpenStudy (alphadxg):

yes.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how r u sure plezzzz

OpenStudy (alphadxg):

Yes... unless the website is lying.... lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

help me with the rest plea ssss

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can u just tell me them fast plezzz

OpenStudy (alphadxg):

You can do it, I'm too busy helping other people. You need to do your own work.. It looks like you can do it, we got the same answers, keep doing the same thing. Believe in yourself.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i do not

OpenStudy (anonymous):

omg;(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the LUNCH ?? PLEZZZ ALOT OF FOOD:(

OpenStudy (alphadxg):

1) Look up nutrition label for each food on google 2) add them up with the other food items for each category. Not hard.

OpenStudy (alphadxg):

You only need to look for "Protein" on the nutrition label.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

CAN U help me answer

OpenStudy (alphadxg):

Do it yourself, and i will check your work.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok . u will say its right ?? ur always like that

OpenStudy (alphadxg):

Do the work, and I will check your work.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay tell me what u got

OpenStudy (alphadxg):

48.5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

really

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (alphadxg):
