Is it referring the sum of the measures or an individual exterior angle?  Since It says the "measures" of exterior angles I think it wants you to compare the sums of the exterior angles as n sides increase.

IF and that is a big if, then the answer would be what?    

The answer is a bit tricky, but obvious at the same time.
