Hm I keep on mixting fixed pulley and movable pulley

so ummm a type of pulley that moves with the load and allows the effort to be less than the weight of the load is movable pulley
Thefixed pulleyis type of pulley that requires more effort than the load to lift the load from the ground, does not need to be pushed or pulled up or down I should be right :3
A fixed pulley is fixed and is used for changing direction of applied force. A movable pulley is not fixed and in addition to advantage of a fixed pulley, it provides a mechanical advantage ie work can be done with less force than required in fixed pulley.
