x-intercept= -1/2 y-intercept= 3 Find the point- slope form and slope-intercept form. How would I do this with just x and y?

Mehek (mehek14):

x intercept = (\(-\dfrac{1}{2},0\)) y-intercept = \((0,3)\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So I would just assume that y for the x-intercept is 0, and x for the y-intercept is 0. Thanks!

Mehek (mehek14):

correct :)
