PLEASE HELP!!! Arrange the following facts as if you were going to write an inverted pyramid style news story. Remember: an inverted pyramid lists the most important details first and the least important details last. • Burger Joes is buying Fred's Burger Barn • Burger Joes is paying $50 million • Fred's Burger Barn burger was named the world's best burger • The sale will be finalized on April 30 • 100 Fred's Burger Barn restaurants will be closed • 3,000 people will lose their jobs or be sent to work at Burger Joes • Burger Joes is the largest burger restaurant

OpenStudy (megwatskies):

what do you think is the most important?

OpenStudy (megwatskies):

tBurger Joes buying Fred's would be most important, since it is the actual event. Then (I'm not sure) i think would be the date it is finalized. Next would be how it affects people, first the general population and then the workers.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Would it be the money before the finalized sale, do you think? Burger Joes is buying Fred's Burger Barn Burger Joes is paying $50 million The sale will be finalized on April 30 and then this "100 Fred's Burger Barn restaurants will be closed" 3,000 people will lose their jobs or be sent to work at Burger Joes Do you think that is how it would go?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I am not sure about the last two? Fred's Burger Barn burger was named the world's best burger. Burger Joes is the largest burger restaurant That or the other way around? Burger Joes is the largest burger restaurant Fred's Burger Barn burger was named the world's best burger.

OpenStudy (megwatskies):

ummm, again i'm not sure, but usually news stories would be what the people want to know, and i don't think the price affects people that much, making it less important. When it is finalized would be when things start affecting people, such as when restaurants are closing, then how many jobs will be lost. I think largest burger restaurant would be a little more important than the title of Fred's

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok so it would be Burger Joes is buying Fred's Burger Barn The sale will be finalized on April 30 Burger Joes is paying $50 million 100 Fred's Burger Barn restaurants will be closed 3,000 people will lose their jobs or be sent to work at Burger Joes Burger Joes is the largest burger restaurant Fred's Burger Barn burger was named the world's best burger.? Or would how much it cost go at the end?

OpenStudy (megwatskies):

So the story would probably go : BJ bought Fred's April 30 stores closed jobs lost 50 mil largest burger restaurant world's best burger

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OK. Thank you so much!!!:)
