do what works best for you. If possible practice saying the answer(s) and how you got there out loud. try notecards. You have to find what works best for YOU :)

I go through all of the math problems in the section I'm being tested on, and then refocus on the problems I had issues with. If I'm studying for a huge test, I look at the sections' names, remember which ones were the hardest, and study those first. (I don't literally solve every question. If I can glance at it and picture the steps that I'd have to take to solve it, I move on without finding the answer.)
