HELP ASAP!! WILL FAN AND MEDAL!! 21-25. Write five adjectives and show how they can be turned into adverbs.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Some rules for this are: Many adjectives can be easily turned into adverbs by adding –ly to the end. If the adjective ends in a consonant then y, change the y to i before adding –ly. If the adjective ends in a vowel then an l, keep the l and add an additional –ly.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

an example would be beautiful - beautifulLY

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Another would be happy - happILY (change the y to an i than add ly)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What would you add to proud to make it into an adverb? (look at the rules and examples above)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What about lucky? (change the y into an i than add ly)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and for the last example what about graceful? (add ly)

Hope this helped! :)
