I'm a native Spanish speaker, so I don't know how to explain to a English speaker why you should repeat the indirect pronouns. I think this page might help you http://www.studyspanish.com/lessons/gustar.htm

OpenStudy (kayders1997):

When your using the verb gustar you have to have the indirect pronouns before conjugating gustar Yo me Tú te Él/ella/usted les Nosotros nos Vosotros os Ellos/ellas/ustedes les

OpenStudy (kayders1997):

Él/ella/usted is le sorry

OpenStudy (kayders1997):

But if you have my brothers like to read books you would say A mis hermanos les gustan los libros les goes with A mis hermanos, (from of ellos) and gustan goes with the books gustan needs to be this way because there is more than 1 book
