I think this question just barley is able to be here. And the way to lift an elephant with one hand would be to use a pulley system which would allow you to life an elephant with one hand because every part of the pulley system takes off about 25% of the weight. So with a large enough pulley system, you could lift an elephant with one hand. Therefore making this more of a science or physics question. So please move it to one of those categories. :D Thanks for the fun question though, but it did have an easy answer.
