What is the effect of beginning the poem by focusing on how "some men" find all their inspiration in nature? It allows the speaker to set up the contrast to his or her own views. It creates the ideal the speaker works to achieve in the rest of the poem. It develops the key idea of how the speaker views nature. It suggests the speaker shares the same views as these others.
