You can easily find your answer if you plug in (4,1) into each answer choice and see for which one it works. :)

When you plug in (4,1), that means x = 4, and y = 1 - one fourth x + 2 = 2x − 7 - 1/4 ( 4) + 2 = 2(4) - 7 -1 + 2 = 8 - 7 1 = 1 So you see that when you plug in x = 4, you get 1 at the end. So that's why C is correct. :)
