when you see `1.46 e -6` on the calculator it means that 1.46 is the base and -6 is the exponent so \[\Large {\color{red}{1.46}}e{\color{blue}{-6}} = {\color{red}{1.46}} \times 10^{{\color{blue}{-6}}}\] I'll let you convert to standard form
