Help needed! Quantum effects magnified related assignment. Need help with all parts as can't figure out if we're considering the object to be relativistic or not. (P.S. Weak at Physics so u can assume I don't know anything. Sorry.)

hint: the De Broglie wave length \(\lambda\), is given by the subsequent formula: \[\lambda = \frac{h}{p}\] where \(p\) is the momentum of the rotating object
I can do the first part but how do I have to do the remaining parts?
I know about using de Broglie wavelength but I'm confused about the other parts.
