In a plane, line b is perpendicular to line f, line f is perpendicular to line g, and line h is parallel to line f. Which of the following must be true? A. fh B. g || f C. hg D. b || h

Which two can you automatically rule out?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

C & D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If you can rule out c, what else would be reasonable to rule out? Why did you choose D?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Honestly have no idea

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay, well it just says for c, hg, What about hg? That doesn't make any sense. And neither does A. So, youre left with two answers. B and D... And I do believe that D is correct. It tells us that f and g are perpendicular so they wouldn't be parallel, would they?

Wonderful, thanks!
