OpenStudy (prominer10000):

Which sentence uses a verb that agrees with its pronoun subject? A. Neither of those hamburgers look fully cooked. B. Few in the band have learned all of their music yet. C. Either of the two books are interesting. D. Just about anybody with a bicycle learn to look both ways. I'm in between A & B..

OpenStudy (sgt_sauris):

So, this is very simple question. Can you please read a and b out loud to yourself and tell me which one sounds more grammatically correct?

OpenStudy (prominer10000):

A sounds more correct to me.

OpenStudy (prominer10000):

@Sgt_Sauris

OpenStudy (agl202):

A. is not correct. When a verb agrees with its pronoun subject, it needs to sound natural.

OpenStudy (prominer10000):

So it's B?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a is correct yes

OpenStudy (agl202):

I would go with that prominer.
