The first thing to realize is that Product B is a terrible deal. The majority of your product should be A. With 5 hours (or 300 minutes) available for machine 1, you can get 50 units of product A (each unit takes 6 minutes). With 3 hours (or 180 minutes) available for machine 2, you can get 36 units of product A (each unit takes 5 minutes). Because each product requires time on each machine, you can only make 36 units, resulting in (36,0). You then multiply 36 by 3 (bc $3 per unit of A) giving you 108.
