I think for 4-8 A it would be 

200x + 50 = 8000
         - 50       -50
200x = 7950
/200     /200
x = 39.75

@wintersuntime  I think it is basically asking for finding x, because that's all that makes sense for either part of 4-8. For 4-9 though, you would have to find the range to start filling in the missing parts.
