The y-int looks about 4. The line of best fit is for when plotted data is semi-scattered so that you can get a basic idea of what to expect.

The slope is clearly visible as about three, so the equation would be y=3x+4
To find the number of how many you should win after 13 months, put 13 in for x. You should win  around 43 matches.
