Convert the 50K and 100K into equivalent thevinen circuit of 50K||100K in series with thevenin voltage 15 {100K/(50K + 100K), this will be in series with refliected emitter resistor to the base of (hFE + 1) 5K, this is in serier with the transistor base to emitter voltage of VBE, generally VBE and hFE are related to collector current which will depend on VCE choosen.
