Your essay is very informative which is really good so well done! The only other advice I would give is include the definition of the word gangster in the introduction paragraph and also instead of repeating phrases like "turned gangster" you can say...

the reason why these people turn towards the gangster lifestyle or many people transform into gangsters because they aren't ...
