Each user is responsible, personally responsible, for anything typed into his account. Secondly, there is a lower age limit for OpenStudy users; I'd bet that the "little brother or sister" was underage and therefore not allowed on OpenStudy. Again, this is the user's responsibililty. Sorry to be hard-nosed about this, but we have rules for good reasons.
