will medal, please help me! Sophia has a checking account. The bank charges 50¢ for each check she writes, 55¢ for each debit card transaction, and $1.75 for each nonbank ATM transaction. Sophia tried to balance her check register, but her figure did not match the balance on her bank statement. What was her error? A. She subtracted the wrong amount for debit card purchase. B. She should have subtracted the amount for transfer to savings. C. She did not need to subtract the nonbank ATM fee. D. She should have added the fee for writing a check.

B?

OpenStudy (iluvsoccer):

That's what I was thinking also. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

! do you think its the right answer?

OpenStudy (directrix):

It looks as if she moved $50 out of her checking account and into her savings account. She added the amount in her register rather than subtracting it. Does anybody agree with that?
