I suggest you these ways to improve your speaking skill:
1. Try to read English-written magazine (The Guard*an), Daily Ma*l etc)
2. Find English native speaker friend, and practice your English.
3. There are many great sources (websites) you can use. You can choose your level of English tho.
4. Don't stop ask and practice!
