I'm writing a speech in third person perspective... can I use "we" in a sentence? If not, how can I change the sentence to match my 3rd person point of view?

Now, it firstly depends what your sentence is, and also what the context of it may be as well.
Third person writing tends to use pronouns like "she, he, they, or it"
