Well to give medals all you do is click the "Best response" button next to the comment. And what do you mean by "resive"

Well you get medals from others by you giving the correct answer with best explanation. And make sure we don't medal spam which is against our Coc

No, you give the medal if the user gives the best explanation, or, if you feel tat you agree with the user answer to someone else question.
