That's a big order, Foxy. If you're speaking only about math, then you'll need to identify what areas of math you want to improve in and also provide some sample homework problems with which someone could help you.

Do y ou have specific math problems to share, so I would know precisely what you're working on? do you have graded papers that you'd be willing to share, as a guide to where you need to spend the most time and effort?

Be careful not to expect miracles. Learning and understanding take time to develop, and usually can't be rushed.
