The new "moderator upgrades" are not reliably available when I need and want them. The OpenStudy icon is present in the address bar, and the Menu displays, but I can not reach the point where "Moderate" shows as a menu choice. Advice, please? Thank you.

No, I'm usually in the most-commonly-seen OpenStudy screen when I attempt to access these moderator tools.  Thank you for responding.

No. More typicallyl, I'd try to load the Mod tools from a screen such as this one: http://openstudy.com/study#/updates/56d497b2e4b09397a174c969 After a dozen or so tries, the mod tools responded to my "enter code" and are now available and working. Still hope to get to the root of what the problem was so that in the future these tools are available when I need them. Thank you so much.
