how would you find the primeter and area of a room with out measuring it

i know thats whay im confused on how i would know how to make it with out the measurements i have to turn in excat words from my lesson " a page of calculations showing how you found the perimeter and area of the remodeled room"

i dont know because it suppose to be a room in out house i will just up i measured it i guess if i get docked points i do

but how would you know how big to put something on the graph
