Thank you for the link. Though I do have a list on my notes with the main stepts to protein formation using Recombinant DNA, but wanted someone to help me put them in order

I know this

Mammalian cells
Seperating components such as DNA and RNA

Do membrane filtration
Dialysis
Chromotagraphy by size
Ion exchange chromatography
Hydrophobic Chromotography
Isolate proteins
SDS denature
Western blot
And lastly Hyphilization, which is freeze dry ..

The steps i listed are in order. . But the question had some steps that goes in between.
