A, my fault
B, We are taking median, because the it requires the measure of central tendency, so mean can be nullified since there is an extreme value but since they are asking is our choice, it would be better if we go with median. It will give the central tendency both in condition where the frequency of a certain variable is 1 or greater than 1.
C, In that case, the best possible central tendency would be mode but look a little more deeply
Mode = 99 Median = 99
So it's better to take median since it gives a good estimate in both conditions
