OpenStudy (adi3):

yes

OpenStudy (adi3):

help in 2 will be enough

OpenStudy (phi):

every 2pi is a full circle. you can add (or subtract) 2pi and the position of the "terminal side" does not change. so for a) I would add 2pi twice: -5pi + 4pi = -pi and I know that is -180 degrees which means we are on the negative x-axis

OpenStudy (phi):

for b) we know pi is 180 degrees and ⅔ pi must be less than 180 ⅔ pi is bigger than pi/2 (bigger than 90 deg) so which quadrant is 2pi/3 ?

OpenStudy (adi3):

2nd?

OpenStudy (adi3):

i think so

OpenStudy (phi):

the quadrants are |dw:1456844219453:dw|
