How many constants can there be in a polynomial written in standard form? How many coefficients?

OpenStudy (instagrammodel):

P(x) = a_0 + a_1 x + a_2 x^2 ... a_n x^n there can be as many as n+1 in a degree n polynomial... and the polynomial could have infinite degree. Make sense?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So the polynomial could have an infinite number of constants?
