HELP!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@ltrout

OpenStudy (ltrout):

An inverse variation would be represented by \[y = \frac{ k }{ x }\] . Does this allow you to answer it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@ltrout is the answer B then?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

or can the y not have a number in front of it

OpenStudy (ltrout):

Yep! Goodjob! :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay what is a direct variation then?

OpenStudy (ltrout):

Direct variation is when the x varies directly with y. Such as the equation y = 2x. Everytime y goes up 1, x goes over 2. The formula is y = kx.

okay if i post another question can you help with a few if you have time?

OpenStudy (ltrout):

I can try to do two more before I need to go.
