This is strange, I remember experiencing it before, but only temporarily. Also, the majority of OS glitches can be fixed by using Chrome, as it works best with OS. But itʻs been really lagging/glitchy today, even w/Chrome.

Nope, I don't have circles whenever I click things either.

That circle that comes whenever you click things is only when you're watching the recording. It's to help people who are watching the recording to know when you click something.
