Please help!!! Im a remedial idiot!!
Your school football team wants to make a new banner to display at the district tournament. The banner will be dark red, with a white ribbon border. The length of the banner needs to be 15 feet. What are the possible widths of the banner, if the entire length of ribbon used for the border can be no more than 46 feet?
part 1- write a literal equation (formula) for finding the boarder of the banner.
