yea so I see is that in both graphs they are different number of employees in each options
Hmm.. that's not what I see. I see that in the 1st graph, Men are more employed in all the jobs than Women. In the 2nd graph, Women have over-passed Men in 2 of the 6 job position.

Yes, because it changed over time. Men were being way superior in the 1st graph. There was a change..
