a repeating decimal can have any length of numbers that repeat.. like

0.123456712345671234567

that has 1234567 repeated.. it can be any block of repetition

none repeat, they all have an ending here.. repeating would have a line over the repeated portion, that goes on forever...
if you have to pick one though, i guess go with D
