I am busy now, but the easiest way to do is just plug value of x into the given function, the  matching one is the solution. I mean. if you plug x =0 into the first equation, you get y=3
and then x=1, you get 2.3*(1)^2 +3 =? and do all of the value of x . If all x, y matching, the first equation is solution. If not, do the same with the second one, .....

Take the value of x from the given data and input it in the given options and work out the value of y. If it matches with the corresponding value of y, then you will have your correct equation. If more than two correct comes up repeat the same with different data
