HELP WILL MEDAL AND FAN (I know this isn't mathematics but there isn't a specific subject for this question) The maximum time foods can be held without temperature control is????

It doesn't specify but I'm thinking it's cooked. I have answer choices of 1 hour, four hours, six and/or eight hours..

If you were to leave the food at room temperature though, how long could you leave it without it developing bacteria?

The answer to the first one was four hours, which luckily was the answer I put..
