OpenStudy (anonymous):

@AloneS Could you help here? if you dont mind please

OpenStudy (isaidavila):

1/2(b1+b2)*h

OpenStudy (anonymous):

* means to multiply?

OpenStudy (isaidavila):

Yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you! @isaidavila :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is there a more clearer explanation on how to do this though?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@isaidavila what b1 and b2, the numbers?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok so here's how we can do it _________________________________________ First we know that the numbers are 11, 8, 5, and 4. _________________________________________________ Now we need to know how much they all equal together! __________________________________________________________ We know that 11+8=19 and we know that 5+4=9 _________________________________________________________ Now we need to add BOTH the 9 and the 19 together ____________________________________________________ 19+9=28 ___________________________________________________ Now we need to multiply the 4 numbers by our sum, or answer. ______________________________________________________________ That equals 112. ______________________________________________________________ Our answer ________________________________________________________________ 112 _______________________________________________________________________ I hope that this correct because it took a looooooong time to get this answer :D _____________________________________________________________________________________ ~GIitter

OpenStudy (isaidavila):

b1 and b2 are the bases of the trapezoid

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Glitter thankyou!!!!!!!!!
