Ok... So we have someone who has found a vulnerability in the OS DataBase, and is using it to access user accounts...

Theres a few issues here:
1. All reported cases suffered NO IP change when they where IP checked.
2. There is no evidence of being hacked.
3. More to come.

Everyone follow what @TheProfessor35 said, but make sure only you know what the password could be. Think of a memory no one else knows about and turn your password into a shortened version of it.
