OpenStudy (xdslayersdx):

On the first day, 2 children went to the park. Each day, 4 times as many children went to the park as on the day before. How many children went to the park on the third day?

OpenStudy (xdslayersdx):

It's for my sister.

OpenStudy (mathwizzard3):

Okay so the first day there are 2 kids

OpenStudy (mathwizzard3):

The second day you just multiply 2 times 4 to get that there are 8 kids

OpenStudy (mathwizzard3):

Now for the third day you just multiply 8 times 4 to get that there were 32 kids

OpenStudy (mathwizzard3):

And that is your answer! Do you get it?

OpenStudy (xdslayersdx):

Yes thanks! my sister has been bothering me ever since.

OpenStudy (xdslayersdx):

OpenStudy (mathwizzard3):

Glad that helped :3

OpenStudy (xdslayersdx):

I'm new though.

OpenStudy (mathwizzard3):
