http://prntscr.com/aazygw This one is simple. For B, I just want to know how they got x=4. It seems I need my memory refreshed. I forgot how to multiple a radical with a radical with a whole number in front of it. Mind explaining?

@Directrix

Directrix (directrix):

The hypotenuse with length x = √2 * (2√2) √2 * (2√2)= 2 * √2 * √2 2 * √2 * √2 = 2 * √4 2 * √4 = 2 * 2 = 4 -------------- So, √2 * (2√2) = 4 @Kikuo
