Okay this will take me some time. I thought I had it but I was wrong.

Alright I think I've got it. Since the square root of 325 is 18.027 (18.03 rounded) you'll need to do (2 * 18. 03) + (2 * 18.03) it's going to give you a low number but that's because it's the perimeter not the area.
