If you're good at math PLEASE HELPPPP!! Which operation should be performed first according to the order of operations? 87 – 25 + 39 • 8 + 31 + 10 A. 31 + 10 B. 87 – 25 C. 25 + 39 D. 39 • 8

OpenStudy (miastarr):

D

OpenStudy (miastarr):

bc p=parentheses E=exponents m= MULTiply D=division A=add S=subtract so there is no *p* or *e* so you go to *m* wich makes it d

OpenStudy (miastarr):

ok?

OpenStudy (miastarr):

did u get it right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Idk yet I have more

OpenStudy (miastarr):

do u need more help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes

OpenStudy (miastarr):

ok put it up

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Which operation should be performed first according to the order of operations? 55 ÷ 11 + 16 • [12 • 3 + (54 ÷ 3) – 17] A. 55 ÷ 11 B. 11 + 16 C. 12 • 3 D. 54 ÷ 3

OpenStudy (miastarr):

p=parentheses E=exponents m= MULTiply D=division A=add S=subtract so its *p* so the answer is D

OpenStudy (miastarr):

does that make sense and do u have more?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes I do

OpenStudy (miastarr):

ok put it up

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Evaluate. 102 ÷ 25 • 20 + 4 ÷ 2 – 14

OpenStudy (anonymous):

^^^^ its not 102 its 10 to the second power btw

OpenStudy (miastarr):

ohh makes more sence

OpenStudy (miastarr):

4149.6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Its too long...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

of an answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It has to be 3 numbers

OpenStudy (sagewilson):

Okay since it's 10^2 you'll need to do that first since it's PEMDAS (10^2) ÷ 25 • 20 + 4 ÷ 2 – 14 So 10^2 = 100 It would then be 100 ÷ 25 • 20 + 4 ÷ 2 – 14, next is multiplication so it would be 100 ÷ 500 + 4 ÷ 2 – 14. Are there answer choices or decimal places?

OpenStudy (miastarr):

its 68

OpenStudy (miastarr):

102 25 (20)+ 4 2 −14=68

OpenStudy (sagewilson):

@Miastarr, @NotSoSmartyPantsHere said it needs to be 3 numbers.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3 or less o.o

OpenStudy (sagewilson):

Ah okay.

OpenStudy (urturn):

I'm just a city boy born and raised in

OpenStudy (sagewilson):

Then Stick with @Miastarr 's answer

OpenStudy (miastarr):

its 68

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Evaluate. [120 + (12 ÷ 3 • 30)] ÷ 20 + 10 to the second power

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Miastarr @SageWilson

OpenStudy (sagewilson):

Okay any answer choices?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the answer is 107
