the answer is c
definition of situational irony: involving a situation in which actions have an effect that is opposite from what was intended, so that the outcome is contrary to what was expected.
Here's a story containing situational irony that I just made up. Once upon a time, there was a dragon. A pretty cool dragon. By that I mean, he couldn't breathe fire because he was so cool. He's kind of sad because of this. Out of all the things he can't do as a dragon, it had to be breathing fire? He meets a liopleurodon who can grant his wish of being able to breathe fire if he helps the liopleurodon get his girlfriend back from a dog. So after endless trials, Cool Dragon finally manages to get the liopleurodon's girlfriend back. In exchange the liopleurodon disappears and never grants the dragon's wish, because he's a liopleurodon, not a wizard. Cool Dragon was foolish to think he could grant a wish like that.
OH MY GOD are you serious? I spent a lot of time on that story.
Thank you very much, Jazzy. :)
